Libyan Helping Hands

Libyan Helping Hands (LHH) is a registered Scottish Charity (SC042468) focused on helping people who are in need anywhere in the world. The charity was established on the back of the events that took place in Libya in early 2011. LHH lobbied and campaigned for the basic human rights of everyone that has been affected by the Libyan crisis, both inside and outside Libya. LHH continues to participate in fundraising activities to provide money, food or help for people in need. LHH raises funds through donations from individuals, organisations, companies and charitable events.

Libyan Helping Hands (LHH) supports people in three divisions: food, medicine and shelter. LHH has been actively running a refugee support program at the Tunisian border with Libya. LHH was focusing on setting up learning and playing activities for children, and on improving sanitation in the camps. LHH also ran a Ramadhan program last year to provide iftar (food for breaking a fast) for people in the camps. Please visit the Donations section to see how you can help.
